Need Extra Bike Workouts?

Since the bike portion of a triathlon is the longest part of the race, the rule of thumb is to spend more time training in that sport. So, for those of you who want and need more time on the bike I encourage you to check out these two women-only bike clubs.

The Bella Donnas have rides on Mondays out of Crank Daddy’s and on Tuesdays out of the Tosa Cafe Hollander.

Ride with Bunkie is on Tuesdays out of the Fox Point Wheel & Sprocket.

I’ll organize additional HH training sessions with both of these groups but please join them when you have some time. They sound awesome! Thanks to Jill Maertz for the tip!
